Summary:
How do I display my PLC out of range values even though I have set the parameter [Page]RangeCheck=0? 

Solution:
Set the Parameter [Page]ComBreak=0 also for this to take effect.

Note: If you disable these parameters, the value of data displayed on the screen could be inaccurate.
