Summary:
TITCPIP driver has severe timeouts and eventual communication failure problem. 

Solution:
The communication failure is due to a self-lockup bug in the driver which has been fixed in TITCPIP Driver version 2.34 or above.

NOTE: A contributing factor to the timeouts can be the long execution time of some Cicode triggered by the Citect events system.  In which case, minimise the execution time of such Cicode.
