Summary:
If you dismiss a button command by dragging the mouse off the button face while it is depressed and then release the mouse the button does not re-draw itself in the up position. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.0 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10.
