Summary:
Citect animations within a symbol or genie that is pasted onto a page and re-sized or rotated are drawn incorrectly in Citect runtime. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.0 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10. Users should note that text displayed within Citect runtime will be drawn with a degraded quality if the aspect ratio of the text has been altered. To avoid this problem only resize symbol or genie objects with aspect ratio preserved. This is achieved by holding down the control key while dragging the corner sizing handles for the symbol or genie.
