Summary:
Level filling applied to dynamic objects does not take into account the effects depth or line thickness. As such a tank with a thick outline can show as being empty when, in fact, it could be as much as 5% full.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.0 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10.
