Summary:
If a symbol set is linked to a library or a symbol set has keyboard or touch input or the symbol set is rotated on the page in draw the sizing and rotation origins are interpreted incorrectly in Citect runtime. As such the symbol set sizes and moves about incorrect origins. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.0 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10.
