Summary:
I have one page in my project that when I make changes to it and save it, takes up to half an hour to save. The status bar indicates that it is spending most of its time constructing a 'fast runtime bitmap'. If I go to Tools|Options and turn of Fast Runtime display the page saves really quickly.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.xx. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

CIT has researched this problem and found that it occurs when large graphics objects have had full combination of dynamic movement (vertical, horizontal, and rotational) applied to it.

The following work-around can be used :

Before saving the page in question, go to the Tools|Options dialog in graphics builder and turn Fast Runtime Display OFF. Next, save the page. Now turn the Fast Runtime Display option back ON.
