Summary:
When searching for a function name, if the function is not found, it returns any functions greater than 32 characters as a match. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.00 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.01 Service Pack A and 5.10.
