Summary:
Bitmap objects that are rotated on a page or as part of a symbol set or genie may appear smaller at runtime than in Graphics Builder.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.01 Service Pack A and 5.10.
