Summary:
When using standby I/O Devices on a networked Citect system there will be extra constant network traffic between the clients and I/O Servers. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.01 Service Pack A.
