Summary:
The number of columns displaying in the SPC Cp & Cpk chart appears to be one less than the number selected. 

Solution:
The process capability chart is the frequency histogram and distribution of all the process mean data. The histogram column centres are located at the plotted process mean values. The graph begins at the lowest plotted value and ends at the highest plotted value, so that the first and last column are only shown as half columns. The button immediately above the centre of the graph can be used to change the number of columns displayed.
