Summary:
I have two SPC pens of different sample periods. I display the first pen on an SPC page and the display period is the sample period. I then load the pen with the different sample period and the display period does not change. There is no way to manually change it. Is this how SPC is meant to work? 

Solution:
The display period of an SPC page should change to match the sample period. There is no way of changing the display period manually on an SPC page as for an SPC trend the display period must match the sample period.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.40/4.20 to 5.01. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10.
