Summary:
When using the KINGFISH driver, the GetRTUEventField function returns values for the FIELD_RTU_EVENT_IDX selector, which become negative after 32767 has been reached. 

Solution:
This problem has been fixed in version V1.00b3 of the KINGFISH driver.
