| The first option is using the 'SIEMENS'
driver in Citect (ie Siemens RK512/3964R protocol), to the CP 524
or CP 544 communications modules, or (depending on the release of
the CPU 948), you could use the 2nd serial port on the CPU (in RK
512/964R mode).
Communication is also possible using the existing 'SINEC' Citect
driver for Ethernet H1-TF, see Q1390 or Profibus (FMS or FDL)
drivers, the actual driver being dependant on the hardware
selection in the PC, see Q1391.
You cannot use the Citect 'SIDIRECT' protocol, see Q2136.
