Summary:
The Fill | Level property of an object incorrectly shows a background colour of transparent when it is set to black. Runtime shows it correctly as black. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Spk A.
