Summary:
A trend sample period of 0 is invalid and should give a compile error. However, no compile error is generated and Citect may crash at startup if this happens.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.xx to 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Apk A.
