Summary:
If you open a Genie, library object, or a page in Graphics Builder and a symbol cannot be found, answering No to the dialog on re-linking may cause Graphics Builder to crash. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Spk A.
