Summary:

If you have [Page]DynamicSizing=0 and [Animator]FullScreen=1 set and use WinNewAt Cicode function to display a page/popup, then the coordinate arguments are ignored, and the page/popup is displayed at the top left (0,0).

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Service Pack A.
