Summary:

Keyboard commands with privileges may ignore the privilege or return invalid commands when they should prompt with "Insufficient Privilege for command".

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Spk A.
