Summary:
The Citect Time Server is not setting the time on remote Windows NT clients. I have set up the Time Server correctly. What is causing the problem? 

Solution:
This is constrained by the enhanced security features of Windows NT. In order for the Time Server on the Citect system to be able to set the time on remote machines, each user must have the right to change the time. To achieve this you need to grant the 'Change the system time' User Right using the User Manager in NT Administrative Tools.
