Summary:
The SetArea() Cicode function does not change the current user's area. The user's area remains unchanged from the areas in the user's configuration. This problem arose after a new feature was added to version 5.10. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.10. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Service Pack A.
