Summary:
I am using the DSP functions such as DSPInfoNew(), but they return an invalid handle. In fact, they return nothing. 

Solution:
There is a parameter, [General]SymbolicInfo, which Enables/Disables AN help information. By default this is on. Make sure it is on or you will get these errors. Also, if you are linking to a project on a file server, compile the project on a Citect system with this parameter enabled (i.e. set to 1). Then you can enable/disable the parameter on individual PC's by setting [General]SymbolicInfo to on or off on each Citect computer.
