Summary:
TiTCPIP driver not re-establishing comms after cable disconnection if Citect.ini parameter [TITCPIP]NumTimeOuts is greater than one. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Titcpip driver versions up to 2.34. This problem has been fixed in version 2.35.
