Summary:
If the SPC (Statistical Process Control) Select Pen Combo Box is used, and the "Select from Comments" option has been used, and there are identical comments existing both in the trend tags and the SPC tags, then sometimes a trend tag rather than an SPC tag will be chosen by the combo box.  

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem. This problem has been fixed in Citect version 5.20 Service Pack A.
