Summary:
The trend export functions do not support millisecond trending. When the data is exported the time of each sample is only shown in seconds. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.xx. This problem has been fixed in version 5.20.

The functions TrnExportCSV, TrnExportDBF and TrnExportClip and TrnExportDDE now add the Millisecond portion of the time onto the exported time. This has required an increase in the Time field width to 16 characters. To cater for Long dates (with 4 digits in the year) the Date field has also been extended to 12 characters.
