Summary:
StrToDate() and FileGetTime() may return times which are one hour out when used for dates between the rollover date for daylight saving and the end of the same month - this will occur at both ends of daylight saving.

Example:

In Australia daylight saving starts on Sunday 26th October at 2:00am. With dates occuring during the period 26th October to 31st October (inclusive), both StrToDate() and FileGetTime() will be one hour out.

 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.10 Service Pack C.
