Summary:
When using the AlarmSetThreshold function to set a threshold on a disabled alarm, it is found that this function does not change the threshold. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem that has been fixed in Citect version 5.20 Service Pack A. The fix has been made so that the AlarmSetThreshold function will now permit setting the threshold on a disabled alarm.
