Summary:
When linking to an external Tag database, the type field can always be edited once linked. This is done so that ambiguous data types can be resolved. Some customers have requested that the type field is always remapped when the linked data is refreshed. 

Solution:
To enable the type field to be remapped whenever a refresh is done, add the following line to the general section of the relevant format file:

TypeRemapAllowed=1

This enhancement will be available in version 5.20 Service Pack B.
