Summary:
You will get a 'Group not found' compile error for groups in the groups database which are after a group record with an association of 0..255. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.20 Service Pack B.
