Summary:
Pagewide keyboard commands do not correctly log to the pagewide keyboard device. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions to 5.xx. This problem has been fixed in version 5.20 Service Pack B.

Fixing this problem also introduces a new feature whereby all Input message logs will log to the pagewide device log if the dynamic object device log is left blank.
