Summary:
When you free a page with Cicode (eg. by using WinFree()) while a modal form is being displayed, a crash will occur. This is not a common thing to do, so it should not affect many projects. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20. This problem has been fixed in version 5.20 Service Pack B.
