Summary:
If the time format is set to 12 hour format (this can be manipulated in the Regional Settings) and the time is set to 12.30 am, calling the TrendSetTime function and typing in 12.15am will scroll the trend to real time instead of going into history mode, which is incorrect. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.xx to 5.xx - in certain circumstances internal code incorrectly read 12am as 12pm. The problem has been fixed in version 5.21 which has made the TrendSetTime function run correctly.
