Summary:
When doing a tag import from Citect Explorer, an error returns with the message "Index file not found". 

Solution:
One of the Boards.inf, Ports.inf or Units.inf files had become corrupted in your project. If you acknowledge the error, the tag import will still work but will not append or correct the variable tags file. Check the .inf file and ensure that the index file specified is correct.

Hint: the corrupted .inf could also exist in an included project, if your project .inf seems okay.
