Summary:

Citect v5.20 is not compatible with the Alarm and Bailey drivers shipped with earlier versions of Citect and conversely the Alarm and Bailey drivers shipped with Citect v5.20 are not compatible with earlier versions of Citect.

Solution:

Use the Alarm and Bailey drivers that were shipped with a specific version of Citect.
