Summary:
There are some occasions where it is useful to delete or move RTF report files while Citect is running

(e.g. if required to copy to an archive and then delete). Under some circumstances the file will become unreadable as an RTF file.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.01, 5.10, and 5.20. The problem is that Citect incorrectly appends a closing bracket to the end of the first report entry following the report file deletion by the user. This extra bracket makes the report entries following the first report entry become not visible using an RTF file viewer such as Wordpad or Word for Windows, although they still exist in the raw text format. Refer to the Microsoft Rich Text Format (RTF) Specification for further information on the RTF format. This problem has been fixed in Citect version 5.21.
