Summary:
Citect may crash when pages are changed when a cicode task made with TaskNew and mode 1 is being blocked by a blocking function. 

Solution:
Corruption can occur if another cicode task is made.  This will happen because the function which is being blocked may return the result to the new task which will inherit the old task handle.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions to 5.20.  This problem has been fixed in version 5.21.
