Summary:
Cannot establish communications with the T2. 

Solution:
1. The EX100's Toshiba100 protocol must be used with the CL11 when using the T2 CPU.

2. Citect can not use PROSEC driver with T2 unless you connect to the RS232/422 port on the PLC.

3. You cannot use PDD (EX100 software) or TPDS (T2 software) to communicate with the CL11 in a T2 configuration to fist check if you have communications setup properly.

4. The CL11 can only access register the in the T2 that are the same as in the EX100.  This means that only about half the functionality of the T2 can be access via the CL11 communication link.  If you want to have access to the additional functions of the T2 you will need to map these registers to D registers that can be accessed by the Toshiba100 protocol.
