Summary:
FileRichTextPrint() always returns 0 regardless of whether the print was successful or not.  FileRichTextPrint() should return an error if the file cannot be found or if there is a printing error. 

Solution:
FileRichTextPrint() will now return error 367 'File cannot be printed' or error 261 'File does not exist' if unsuccessful.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.01 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B.
