Summary:
A tag was referenced by an array element (e.g. array[Tag1]) with the array element configured to be scaled using Engineering Units (EU).  However range checking fails at runtime because values outside the Engineering Unit range were permitted to be entered.  

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.10 to 5.21r0.  This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B.
