The dial back Caller ID may never be read (leading Citect to drop the incoming call) if a dial back is in progress and an attempt is made to dial up the same remote IO device on the dial back modem. |
Solution: |
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B. |
