Neither scheduled nor on command dial up succeeds on a modem identified to Citect as a dial back modem. This is a particular problem if a single modem is being used for both dial up and dial back, as dial up will never succeed. |
Solution: |
A workaround to this problem if a single
modem is being used for both dial up and dial back is to add
another modem (Citect will only attempt a dial up on a dial back
modem if no dial up modems are available). The first modem should
be configured as dial up only and the second modem as dial back.
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B. |
