Summary:
The Numeric format display in the Graphics Builder is incorrect.  Numeric objects in the Graphics Builder always displays the last chosen format.  If the format of an existing numeric object is changed it will change the format of all other objects on that page.  This change appears only in the Graphics Builder, not in run time.  

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B.
