Summary:
The Modbus driver provides inconsistent results when writing multiple digitals to Integer Registers when the RegisterBitReverse Citect INI file parameter is set TRUE.  

Solution:
An interim solution is to set the Citect INI file parameter [IOServer]BlockWrites=0. This is an interim solution only and will degrade performance of the driver. However, the problem will be fixed in the forthcoming re-write of the Modbus series of drivers.
