Summary:
DspInfo(hInfo, 3, nOffsetTag) returns the tag name without the array index of the variable.  

Solution:
This has now been fixed to return the full tag name together with the array index.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.XX to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack A.
