Summary:
After saving a symbol or genie into a library then all genie forms of genies from that library will stop working. The form will simply not be displayed when the genie is double clicked. 

Solution:
Shutting down and restarting the Graphics Builder will correct the problem.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions to 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21.
