Summary: |
Printing Event Trend malfunction. Printing the Trend event template has incorrect event numbers along the X-axis, as they are always 0. |
Solution: |
Failure on printing the trendevent page
properly is caused by a function in the graph.ci (include file).
There is a function shared between the SPCevent and the Trendevent called TrnPageANGet(). This function is supposed to be used for the SPC purpose only. However, this function is also used by the Trendevent page to get the AN of the trend, which is incorrect. Now, a new condition or type is added to distinguish the SPC and the Trend event. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.XX to 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21. |
