Summary:
I downloaded a Citect Service Pack using an FTP client application.  When I try to install it, by running the Setup.exe or Setupsp.exe file I get "Error 102 Setup requires a different Version of Windows".  I am running Windows NT4.00 spk 4.  What could be wrong? 

Solution:
Some FTP clients rename files when downloading.  Make sure the file called _INST32I.EX_ has not been renamed.  It must have the (_) as the last character.
