Summary:
The Message function occasionally wrapped text strings to a new line in the Message Box. It did not handle upper case text properly and therefore the box did not resize accordingly. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20.  This problem has been fixed in version 5.21.
