Summary:
When on the trends page, if the trend is zoomed in to so that milliseconds are displayed on the time at cursor location, negative values would come up if midnight was part of the active displayed area of the trend and the cursor was placed before the midnight sample if both times prior to midnight (00:00:00) and after midnight are displayed. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.20. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21.
