Summary:
If you have a setup with an I/O Server and a non I/O Server running a project that executes dialouts, and the non I/O Server is connected to a modem, then a crash could occur because the non I/O Server dials out using the dialout cicode in the project. An I/O server connected to a modem could use it to dial out to I/O devices, however, if the non I/O Server has modems attached for any reason, Citect will incorrectly initialise the modems for use in Citect. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 and 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B
